About Viking Hall
The main hall features a large stone fireplace, generous picture windows that face
the Chugach Range and has one of the largest hardwood dance floors in Anchorage.
The Hall is 80 x 60 feet and seats approximately 180. We provide chairs, 18
tables (8' long), 8 tables (6' long), and 4 tables (3' square). The kitchen
is 480 sq. feet and includes spacious counter areas and commercial quality range,
grill, double oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. A small freezer is also provided
for ice storage. We also supply 2 pushcarts, 2 large coffeepots and garbage
cans and liners. No kitchen utensils are provided. Catering services
are the renter's responsibility. We also offer disposable table covers for
$4 each. Fire code limits attendance to 180 people.
Rates
General Events
January through November, all days (10 a.m. to 1 a.m.).....$800
December, all days (10 a.m. to 1 a.m.).....$900
Day prior to rental date for set up or cooking, if available ..... $300
Building occupied after the 1 a.m. closing will be charged at the rate of $200/hr.
Small Meetings/Daytime Events (to 6pm)
40 people or less .....$300
Over 40 people..... $350

Deposit
A deposit ranging from $250 to $400 is required to reserve a rental date.
The amount of the deposit is set based on size and type of event.
The full security deposit is refunded following the event if all conditions of the contract and hall cleaning are
satisfied.
A rental contact is required to reserve the hall.
The contract outlines various requirements of the rental and identifies the responsible parties.
